TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings with The Blue Unwinding. By booking a place in any experience, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms below.
The 5-day* water-centered multi sensory experience includes a curated program with multiple expert-led 3 hour sessions (breathwork, water activity, art workshop, mindful culinary experience), daily hosting and facilitation, reflection and community, a distinctive philosophy centered around water and wellbeing, premium accomodation environment. Flights, accomocation and additional travel and insurance costs are not included unless explicitly stated for a specific experience.

What’s included
A booking is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received. Full payment must be completed by the stated deadline prior to the start of the experience. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of your place.
Legal Notice: For the pilot project, the holiday home is rented collectively. The accommodation cost is a direct 1:1 reimbursement of expenses passed on to you without any profit margin. Therefore, this booking does not constitute a package tour (Pauschalreise) under German law. Participants are personally liable for any damages caused to the house. For future regular retreats, participants will book and pay for their accommodation independently.

Booking & Payment
By you: Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Cancellations after payment deadlines are non-refundable unless your place can be filled by another participant.
By us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an experience due to insufficient participation, operational reasons, or force majeure events. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of payments made, excluding non-recoverable costs where applicable.

Cancellation Policy
All participants are responsible for arranging adequate personal travel, medical, accident, and cancellation insurance. The Blue Unwinding does not provide insurance and cannot be held responsible for costs arising from injury, illness, loss, delays, cancellations, or other unforeseen events. Please note that you as participant are personally liable for any damages caused to the house.

Insurance
By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in activities included in the experience, which may involve swimming, water-based activities, breathwork, walking, creative workshops, and cooking sessions. You are responsible for informing us of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your participation.

Health & Participation
We may adjust the schedule, facilitators, or activities if required due to weather, safety, availability, or operational reasons. Any changes will be made with care to preserve the overall quality and intention of the experience.

Program Changes
You are responsible for your own wellbeing during the experience, including making decisions appropriate to your physical abilities and comfort level. We reserve the right to refuse or end participation if behaviour poses a risk to yourself, others, or the group experience.

Personal Responsibility
Photos and videos may be taken during the experience and used for marketing and storytelling purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any media, you may opt out by informing us in writing before the start of the experience.

Photography & Media
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Blue Unwinding is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense arising from participation in the experience or services provided by third parties. This does not exclude liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

Liability
We process personal data in accordance with applicable EU data protection laws (GDPR). Data is used solely for the purpose of managing bookings and delivering the experience.

Privacy
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the organiser is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU law.
